Fresh Daebong persimmons are carefully harvested, sorted, and stored until they ripen into soft, red fruit before being naturally fermented to make the Daebong persimmon vinegar.
This original persimmon vinegar is made with 100% Daebong persimmons, without any added preservatives. For those who are trying it for the first time, it might be strong, so it’s recommended to dilute it with a ratio of 9 parts water to 1 part vinegar.
You can use Daebong Persimmon Vinegar in place of regular vinegar in cooking for a healthier and flavorful option.
