A high-viscosity ointment formulation. It acts as a good covering agent for wound areas, helping to prevent dryness.

Indications and Effects

The effective bacteria include Staphylococcus (Staphylococci), Streptococcus (Streptococci), Corynebacterium, and Clostridium.

The indications for use are pyoderma (pustular skin infections), including impetigo (pustular crusted dermatitis), infectious eczematoid dermatitis, acne vulgaris (common acne), folliculitis, boils and furunculosis, suppurative hidradenitis, and impetigo-associated eczematous dermatitis, as well as secondary infections caused by burns, wounds, surgical sutures, and skin grafts.

Per 1g: Fusidate Sodium .................................... 20mg (Potency)

Dosage and Administration

Clean the affected area and apply an appropriate amount directly to the affected area 1-2 times a day, or spread it evenly on a sterile gauze and apply it. Do not apply too thickly, and limit the treatment period to about 1 week. Dispose of any remaining medication after application (for sealed packaging products only).
