Dosage and Administration
Children under 12 years old: Take the following single recommended dose every 4 to 6 hours as needed. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible and should not exceed 5 doses per day (75 mg/kg).
If the child's weight is known, it is appropriate to take a dose based on body weight (10-15 mg/kg).
