Refund & Return Policy

✅ Full Refunds Are Provided If:

  1. If your parcel is lost in transit.
  2. If your item arrives damaged.

🔄 Partial Refunds Are Provided If:

  1. If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to Korea.
    In this case, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  2. All food items are non-refundable and will be excluded from the refund amount.
  3. However, non-food items may be restocked and refunded accordingly.

❌ No Refunds or Exchanges Are Offered For:

  1. Change of mind (e.g., size, color).
  2. Product damage resulting from customer use or mishandling.
  3. Customer refusal of delivery, resulting in return to Korea.
  4. Customer refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, or other related charges, resulting in return to Korea.
  5. Parcels opened by customs and subsequently claimed as 'damaged' by the customer.

📦 Damaged Items:

  1. If your item arrives damaged, please email KONY MART within 10 days of the delivery date.
    Your email must include photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
  2. If we reasonably determine that the item was damaged during shipping, we will ask you to either send the product back to Korea or dispose of it.
    We will then issue a full refund or send a replacement item.

However, we will not provide a refund or replacement if:

  1. More than 10 days have passed since delivery.
  2. No image or video proof is provided.
