Refund & Return Policy
✅ Full Refunds Are Provided If:
- If your parcel is lost in transit.
- If your item arrives damaged.
🔄 Partial Refunds Are Provided If:
- If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to Korea.
In this case, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
- All food items are non-refundable and will be excluded from the refund amount.
- However, non-food items may be restocked and refunded accordingly.
❌ No Refunds or Exchanges Are Offered For:
- Change of mind (e.g., size, color).
- Product damage resulting from customer use or mishandling.
- Customer refusal of delivery, resulting in return to Korea.
- Customer refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, or other related charges, resulting in return to Korea.
- Parcels opened by customs and subsequently claimed as 'damaged' by the customer.
📦 Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, please email KONY MART within 10 days of the delivery date.
Your email must include photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product.
- If we reasonably determine that the item was damaged during shipping, we will ask you to either send the product back to Korea or dispose of it.
We will then issue a full refund or send a replacement item.
However, we will not provide a refund or replacement if:
- More than 10 days have passed since delivery.
- No image or video proof is provided.
