Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Clearance Items: For most clearance items, we operate on a final sale basis. This means that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Exchanges (Under Certain Conditions): Exchanges are possible under specific conditions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at superclear@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. All exchange requests must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approved by our customer service team.
Approval Process: To request an RMA for an exchange, please email us at superclear@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.
14-Day Return Policy: Our policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days from receivced date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.
